Refund policy

We understand that at times a cookie might break. We do our best to ensure that the packages are secure and the cookies will endure a safe trip. At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds of the treats if due to breakage or shipment is late. Your treats are hand packed at the best quality possible and will be shipped through USPS shipping. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost, misplaced, or damaged during transit but if you do happen to have a problem with your order please reach out and we will try out our best to resolve it. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email: trina@dogliciousbakerybites.com or call 702-802-1668.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on  sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If a refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
