At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds of the treats if due to breakage or shipment is late. Your treats are hand packed at the best quality possible and will be shipped through USPS shipping. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost, misplaced, or damaged during transit but if you do happen to have a problem with your order please reach out and we will try out our best to resolve it.
